Varvara Agabekova

1983-Was born in Saint-Petersburg in an artistic family, grandfather and fatherwere both artists.1997-2003-Studied at the Art college of N.K. Roerich .2005- Began studies at the Saint-Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts at the studioled by professor V.V. Zagonek.In 2011 graduated from the Academy with highest honors.2011-2015- was working as a teacher of painting and composition at the Artcollege of N.K.Roerich.2012-member of the Saint-Petersburg Union of Artists.In 2019 Varvara participated in the International Plein Air Festivaland Exhibition inPietramelara, Italy.Since 2011 She has showcased her work at exhibitions in San Diego, LosAngeles, Rockville, New York and has had personal exhibitions in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, Great Falls, VA, Washington, DC.2023- Personal exhibition at “Surry Arts and Events at the Barn”.Currently Varvara is an instructor at the Bridgeview school in Queens, NY andthe Princeton Academy of Art.Web-site : agabekovaart.com
